The Courtells hailed from Invercargill and played in the Waikiwi Hall in Invercargill (306 North Road, Invercargill) in the early 1960s.  Bass guitarist (also lead vocalist), Jim Cooper was from Riverton.  The Courtells reunited in September 2009 - 49 years on ..... with the Southland Musos' Club (gig played at The Invercargill Workers' Club).
