Retrosonic  —
The latest iteration of Retrosonic started out around 2019, and slowly built up a reputation as one of Christchurch's foremost covers bands.  Mark Wilson is one of the original members and has kept the band going through some tough times.  Mandi Miller joined as lead vocalist in 2008, and by early 2009 experienced bass guitarist Nick Lambert had joined, then in 2010 they recruited versatile drummer Jonathan Tressler. Now re-energised, Retrosonic are committed to providing a top night's entertainment - whether you have a small pub or much larger function venue, Retrosonic are the very band you may need.  Interacting with audiences and delivering songs which are aimed to get people dancing, they are popular with all ages.  Retrosonic have played as part of the Wild Foods weekend in Hokitika 2008, 2009 and 2010 and played as part of New Years Celebration in Wanaka 2009/2010.  Plus they have played many functions and events including The House of Travel End of Year Function 2010.
